Yes, we can create videos in multiple languages, including subtitles, voiceovers, or fully translated scripts. Additional costs may apply for translation or multilingual talent. Let us know your needs during the consultation.

What are the rights to video usage?
Ownership: We retain full ownership of all videos produced.
Client Rights: You receive non-exclusive rights to use, distribute, and share the videos for personal or commercial purposes without restrictions.
No Alterations: Clients may not alter or edit the videos. Contact us for any modifications, such as updated edits or additional versions, which may incur an additional fee.
Promotional Use: We may edit the full-length video for promotional purposes and post it on our YouTube channel, excluding sensitive parts as agreed upon to respect your privacy.
How do you ensure my story stays private?
Privacy is our priority. We deliver videos directly to you or host them on secure platforms with password protection. We only use your content publicly (e.g., in 15-30 second promo clips) with your signed consent via our Media Release Form. Our podcast-style YouTube videos discuss general, non-identifiable experiences, ensuring confidentiality. We comply with privacy laws like CCPA and GDPR.
Can I post my video on my YouTube channel?
Yes! You’re granted a license to post the edited video on your platforms, provided you credit Nomadic Orca and don’t modify the video without our approval. We may request permission to use short clips (15-30 seconds) on our YouTube channel to promote our services, with your consent via the Promo Clip License Agreement.
How do you showcase your work if client videos are private?
Our YouTube channel, [Your Channel Name], features a podcast-style “story time” series where we share anonymized experiences from projects (e.g., editing techniques learned) without your voice, images, or details. We also post consented promo clips (15-30 seconds) showcasing our style, plus original content like storytelling tips and fictional stories. What about sensitive or private family stories?
For sensitive and private stories, we offer private delivery or secure CRM hosting to ensure confidentiality. Our YouTube podcast series only discusses general, non-identifiable experiences, keeping your story safe.
